Kindfulness Coffee Club is looking to recruit a Manager for their Baby Bank. Kindfulness Coffee Club is a grassroots charity based on Knowsley Road in Bootle, dedicated to supporting the community’s mental health and addressing the impacts of poverty on individuals and families since 2016. Babykind, a vital programme within the Kindfulness Coffee Club, provides essential resources to vulnerable families, including clothing, baby equipment, and supportive guidance.

About the Role:

The Babykind Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Baby Bank, ensuring that families in need have access to essential support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure resources are well-stocked and organised.
  • Budget Management: Manage Grant budgets and expenditure.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee the Babykind team, facilitating effective teamwork.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with health professionals, partners, and families, ensuring compassionate assistance and a welcoming, inclusive environment.
  • Family Support: Engage with families to understand their unique needs, offering guidance that aligns with our mission to promote community wellbeing and reduce poverty.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Enhance recycling efforts to support Kindfulness Coffee Club’s commitment to sustainability.
