A Community Connected By Kindness
Serving Tea & Empathy – A safe place where acceptance, care and hope are at our core.
What we provide
We are a community connected by kindness, where there is acceptance, love and hope. We strive to improve mental health and well-being. We offer a variety of groups and services that promote emotional and social well-being to help reduce social isolation and loneliness, to build self confidence and worth. A place where everybody is welcome.
We provide a range of programs and services designed to address the diverse needs of individuals struggling with mental health challenges. Through support groups, counselling sessions and educational workshops and community events, we strive to create opportunities for personal growth and connection.
